Tom has consistently been in the top 10 in terms of production at Grand Rapids’ Keller Williams office out of 185 active Realtors. His office does close to one third of a billion dollars of residential real estate sales. Since The Sprich Group has moved to Keller Williams in 2001, The Sprich Group has placed in the top ten in production every year for the entire Michigan and Ohio Region.

Tom is a member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Blythefield Country Club. He also supports Gilda’s Club of Grand Rapids and K W Cares by donating a percentage of his earnings at each closed transaction.

Tom is a forty -five year resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan and has been married for almost thirty years. He and his wife have two adult children. One is graduate of Purdue University and the other has just finished her graduate degree at Grand Valley State University.
