Grand Rapids, formerly known as, “the furniture city’, is now becoming quite diverse in it’s business landscape. The city of Grand Rapids and it’s surrounding metropolitan area exceeds over a half million people. With that amount of people, we are able to support some minor league sports teams, a strong arts and theater nightlife, such as ballet, Opera, Symphony Broadway Theater Group, art galleries and Fredrick Meijer Gardens. Our downtown area is thriving with a bevy of great restaurants, bars and fine hotels. We are also the beneficiary of Michigan State Universities new Medical School making it’s new home on the Michigan Street Medical Mile.
